'Start your day right! This 15 minute full body Yoga flow is the perfect blend of strength and flexibility. It will strengthen and stretch the entire body and kickstart your day physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It contains backbends to energize and rejuvenate, hip openers to release stress and tension, twists to detoxify, and forward folds to connect you to yourself.   This flow is moderately paced and moves quickly at times. Remember to breathe deeply - it is your breath that brings the poses alive. Listen to your body and modify as you need.
